All materials created by Swift Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the term of service.
Swift Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Terms regarding termination and any applicable fees will be outlined in individual service agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
